The foyer is in the center of this gracious home that gives you choices, drawing you through a myriad of rooms that all lead to the outside and water. When you turn left, your view falls across the Grand Room more than 27 feet long with a backdrop of the Ramada and a wall of glass that lets you know why you live here. There is a corridor leading from the Grand Room to the private guest wing that houses three bedrooms --- two that face the lake ---, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities.


Through an archway in the Grand Room wall, your procession leads you to the sun filled Dining Room that is large enough to seat twelve AND still have room for easy chairs where you can watch the stunning waterfront sunsets to the west. The Dining Room is surrounded on two sides by walls of glass, one that opens to the lakeside deck and pathway leading to the waterfront esplanade where you can have the fire burning, play basketball, have a picnic, and fish right from the privacy of your own property.


The Dining Room is connected via a corridor to the Kitchen which is awash in the ambient glow of northern light through a large glass door leading out onto the north deck and yard. The Kitchen is also connected via arches to the Grand Room and Foyer and boasts exotic granite tops throughout. While you enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast table, your view on three sides is of a tropical waterfront paradise. Fond of Entertaining? The main Kitchen can stay pristine as there is a fully functioning scullery/catering kitchen located around the corner off the owner’s entry.


When you turn right from the Foyer, you are greeted by the entry to the owner’s suite. As part of the experiential procession, there is a glass door across from you that draws you through the space on a never-ending quest to merge the outdoor and indoor volumes. Curl up in bed and watch the sunset across the lake while listening to your favorite book or relax the day away in the Jacuzzi soaker tub. There is plenty of walk-in closet space in this retreat within a retreat.


The second-floor staircase enters from the owner’s entry and has windows above that flood the stairs with morning light. At the top of the stairs there is a suite that greets you with a double window view of the water as if you are perched in the giant oaks looking through the branches. It includes a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The adjacent room is the Media Center and is fully insulated for sound but not to be outdone, it also looks out over the lake with a double window and full seat for reading and gazing. The last suite on the north end has its own private vestibule, bath, and view overlooking the lawn, landscape, and water to the west.
